Oenology
We are also present in the Oenology sector, with a range of products selected over the years by our team to meet the varying needs of cellar masters. We offer numerous solutions and are particularly focused on biotechnology, with Agavin yeasts, Agazym enzymes and wheat germ yeast derivatives.

In recent years we have focused our efforts on products making a high technological impact, such as clarifying agents based on chitosan from the Gferm Clar range, tannins from wood and grapes, gum arabic and CMC Cellowine. We offer Agafilter, a pure food grade PVPP with the highest adsorption percentage on the market.
In addition, for some time we have been collaborating with the IRCA Service, a company specialised in professional detergents for the food sector. Together we have developed a line of detergents specifically designed for the needs of the wine sector.
